I have it forwarded to my cell phone, which you can use to text me (504) 595-9627. At some point I will have employees who can answer a shop phone while I’m off doing Boss Things, but for now, if you call one, you reach the other. But if you want to text me, use the cell line.

Now you may know that NOLA is secretly a high functioning third world country. We call ourselves the northernmost Caribbean city for a reason. Sometimes the phones get a little wonky and fall off the towers, so if you are calling during business hours* and it goes straight to voice mail, try sending a text. And if that isn’t working, I certainly want to know about it, so please shoot me a note on FB Messenger (facebook.com/starwindgifts) or (facebook.com/andespenser). That goes over the internet and I will surely see that, so do what you can to attract my attention. I might need to reboot my phone and that’s the sort of thing you only find out about when someone lets you know they’ve been trying to call ya.

I use Signal, so if you do too, as long as I have WiFi then I can get your messages.

*My hours are 11-7 Tues-Sat and 12-5 Sunday. There’s a fair chance that if you are calling at 9am, I am still asleep. I keep later hours because I am a useless idiot before about 10am. My most productive time is around 10pm, so I might be ignoring the phone if I’m making stuff or doing paperwork. But I might just be farting around on FB, so send a text if it’s late, I’ll probably be up.
